Sullivan County Cattlemen’s Association wants to honor the man that got their organization off the ground, Dr. Wayne D. Smith mentored youth, treated animals and is a friend to all.  The “Doc” Smith Scholarship was launched with a donation from a local cattleman member and proceeds from the Sullivan County Cattlemen’s Food Stand at the Annual Milan Old-Timers' Reunion, over Memorial Day weekend were earmarked for the fund.  For more information, check out the press release.
